본 연구는 사주명리학의 십성과 MBTI 심리기능과의 연관성 연구로서 질적 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 사주의 강한 십성과 MBTI 심리기능과의 연관성을 실제 사주 분석과 MBTI 검사를 통해 비교했다. 또한 사주의 강한 십성과 MBTI 심리기능을 대상자 별로 분석해 보는 것도 필요하다고 본다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 두 이론의 상호보완점을 찾고, 명리의 심리적 설명이 용이하도록 돕기 위함이다. MBTI는 자신의 성격을 인지하게 해서 인간관계의 갈등과 문제 해결에 도움을 주고자 하는 심리 검사지이다.
사주명리의 십성 역시 내담자의 성격과 심리를 이해할 수 있도록 도와주는 이론이다. 사주명리학에서 십성은 일간(태어난 날의 천간)을 기준으로 음양오행의 생극(生剋) 관계를 따져 붙여진 이름으로 일간(日干)과 다른 간지(干支)와의 관계를 나타내는 용어이다. 십성은 정인, 편인, 식신, 상관, 정재, 편재, 정관, 편관, 비견, 겁재인데, 본 연구에서는 비견과 겁재를 제외했다. MBTI의 심리기능은 유형의 중간 두 글자로, 선호되는 인식기능(SN)과 판단기능(TF)으로 가장 의식적이고 잘 발달 된 기능이다. 연구 결과 사주에서 일간에 가장 강력하게 작용하는 인성, 재성, 관살, 식상과 MBTI의 감각(sensing), 직관(intuition), 사고(thinking), 감정(feeling ) 기능 중에 한 개 이상 연관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다

This study is a qualitative study as a study of the relationship between the 10 characteristics of the Saju myeong-ri and the MBTI psychological function. In this study, the relationship between strong 10 characteristics of Saju and MBTI psychological function was compared through actual Saju analysis and MBTI test. It is also necessary to analyze the strong 10 characteristics of SAju and the psychological function of MBTI according to each subject(target person). According to this necessity, the purpose of this study is to find the complementary points of the two theories and to help facilitate the psychological explanation of Myeong-ri. The MBTI is a psychological test that aims to help you resolve conflicts and problems in human relationships by making you aware of your personality. The 10characteristics of Saju Myeong-ri are also a theory that helps us understand the personality and psychology of the client. In the Saju myeong-ri studies, the 10 characteristics is a name given after considering the relationship between saengeuk of the yin and yang and the five elements based on the day (the celestial period of the day of birth). The 10 gcharacteristics is Jeongin, Pyeonin, Shikshin, Sanggwan, Jeongjae, PyeonJae, Jeonggwan, Pyeongwan, Bikyeon, and Geopjae and In this study, Bikyeon, and Geopjae were excluded. The psychological function of MBTI is the middle two letters of the type, and it is the most conscious and well-developed function as the preferred cognitive function (SN) and judgment function (TF). As a result of the study, it was Saju that there is a correlation between Yinseong, Gwansal, and siksang, which act most strongly on a daily basis in Saju, and at least one of the sensing, intuition, thinking, and feeling functions of MBTI.
